Pre-Recorded Training: Psychological First Aid

Psychological First Aid is the leading modality of care that helps us as individuals, organizations and communities build a safety net of mental health support during times of disaster and trauma. In this training, participants will learn about the impact of disasters on different populations, how to create that safety net of mental health support in their work, and how to build resilience and self-care into their lives (both immediately and over the long-term).
