I understand feeling this way - I think many of us feel misunderstood, and that we're letting down the people that we love. There's no quick fix, but I'd encourage you to find one or two people that you trust, and ask if they're able to listen. Talking things out with people I love and trust has been helpful for me - it's given me the perspective and safety I need to find a path forward that works for me.
