    Loneliness

    in Grief, Loss & Loneliness

    Hello

I'm kinda bubbly girl also with a good looks and with a quite professional attitude. But I don't hv any friends. Friends who all I met are always jealous of me they always hurt me. I' feel I can't maintain good friendship bond. How hard I try to be friendly with them. Later I just mess up with my friends . I feel its coz of my mood swings I behave rude sometimes again I'll be normal. Help me to maintain good relationship with friends

Thanks for sharing, Drithi! Making friends can be hard for everyone. There are few questions that could help you understand what's happening and then meet people that you can build a meaningful and lasting friendship with:

    • Where are you meeting people?

    • Do you have any hobbies?

    • What does a meaningful friendship look like to you?

    • What attributes do you look for in a friend?

I think it could also be helpful to ask yourself some deeper questions:

    • What are my emotions?

    • Where are my emotions and mood swings coming from?

    • How am I taking care of myself? Do I have any healthy outlets for my emotions?

    • What are my needs in life? Are they being met overall?

These bigger questions can help you have a better understanding of where these mood swings are coming from. It may be helpful for you to build a self-care plan that helps you find healthy coping mechanisms and outlets for your emotions. That way, you don't direct your emotions toward friends. What do you think of all this? Is this a helpful approach?
