I have been doing alot more online meditation, turned off the news. TURNING ON FUN Music and yes dancing ! forcing my self to turn off social media + get in my studio to create. been spending more time talking on phone to friends. also found some virtual get togethers - talking about art + meditation then do some journaling. It's tough - the monkey chatter in my head used to overwhelm me - I struggle to to re-focus that energy on good (my sanity) vs evil. sending happy + healthy thoughts
