If you feel suicidal due to guilt and shame because you did wrong to your ex partner, and you keep on begging to them to not leave you because they are the only source of happiness to you and you can't live without them. Is it a self harm threat to them? (I honestly didn't mean to threaten him, I was just letting him know) please tell me is it really a threat to say so?
